1. Shipping Availability:
We currently offer shipping services within Mumbai and for select products all over India & internationally as well.
2. Delivery Timeframe:
We understand your excitement to receive our scrumptious goodies. Our standard delivery timeline within Mumbai is 24 hours for all products (except cakes) from the time of order confirmation. Please allow 48 hours from the time of order confirmation for delivery of our cakes.
Alternately a customer may also book a convenient delivery of their choice.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may cause delays. We will inform you promptly in such cases.
3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your Shipping charges may vary depending on weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
4. Delivery Methods:
We work with trusted third party delivery partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your order
5. Holidays and Shipping Delays :
Please be aware that our delivery partners may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, or adverse weather conditions. While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific arrival time during these periods.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, contact number, and delivery address. We will not be held responsible for any delivery issues arising due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided by you.

We shall attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or any other reason, a re-delivery attempt may be made based on our discretion at an additional charge.
If re-delivery is not possible, the order may be returned to our premises, and additional charges shall apply for re-shipping.
8. Packaging and Freshness:
We take great care in the packaging of our goodies to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Our treats are packed securely in appropriate packaging materials to maintain their freshness and quality during transit. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with relevant details and photographic evidence. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
